How do I register an account with GT Bid?

Choose "Register" on the top right corner and fill in your first and last name, your email, and your desired password. Then read and accept our terms and conditions and click on the "Register" button.

Check your email and click the link we send you to verify your email address. As soon as your email is verified, log in to your account, fill in the necessary information, and upload the required documents. Once the information is complete, we will activate your account and you will be able to bid on the items auctioned off at GT Bid.

How to bid on lots on GT Bid?

Bidding on our auctions is easy, and all you will need to do is create an account on GT Bid, and upload the necessary documents. Having your account verified may take up to a couple of days, so make sure you register in advance. Find the item you want to bid on and place your bid. Once you click on “My Bid” you will need to confirm your bid. Remember that all bids are binding and if you win the auction you are required to complete your purchase.

The shipping cost and the auction fees are not included in your bid, but you can see the shipping cost on the lot page.

What happens after I place my bid?

Once you place your bid, keep an eye on the auction because other users may outbid you.

When the countdown finishes, if the winning bid is yours, we will contact you with the payment options, and you will have 5 working days to make the payment. 

When will I receive my item?

Once we have received the payment, we will notify the seller to ship your item within the following 5 days.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost for each lot on auction is determined by the seller. On the lot's auction page, you may the cost to ship this item in your country. Additional shipping information, for example, if shipping is insured, may be found at the bottom of the auction page.

Can I see the lot in person before bidding?

We do not offer viewing services at the moment, but we make sure that sellers provide high-quality images from all sides.

Can I return an item I bought at an auction?

If you are located in the European Union, then all consumer rights for distance sales apply, when you purchase an item in one of our online auctions. Please, keep in mind, that if the seller has already shipped the item, they may ask you to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
